UAE Government has increased the departure tax

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly note that the UAE Government has increased the departure tax at all UAE airports from AED 30 to AED 75 per passenger for tickets issued after 1st April 2009 and for travel after 1st May 2009.

In case you have booked your ticket between 1st April 2009 and 21st April 2009 please arrange to contact the nearest Reservation office of Air India Express and pay the balance amount of AED 45 prior to your departure. The contact details of our offices in UAE are as follows:
