MMERC CONVOCATION ON 16TH AUG
Maulana Sajjad Nomani To Address In Mumbai


August 11, Crawford Market, Mumbai: Markazul Ma'arif Education & Research Centre (MMERC), Mumbai’s reputed institution, is going to arrange its Annual Function on August 16, Sunday, at 2:30 pm in Haj House, Palton Road, Mumbai.

The function will be presided by Sirajuddin Ajmal, Assam MLA and director of Ajmal Group Of Companies, while as the chief guest, the famous preacher of his time and great reformer Maulana Khalilur Rahman Sajjad Nomani who is the spiritual successor of Maulana Zulfiqar Ali Naqshbandi, will address the function on the topic 'Way to Peace for Humanity'.

On the other hand, the ulama completing the two-year Diploma In English Language & Literature (DELL) course from MMERC will be awarded certificates from the hands of religious personalities and leaders of the city including Arif Naseem Khan, the minister of state for home (urban), MLA Mr. Basheer Moosa Patel and well-known social activist Mahesh Bhatt. Students coming up with superb performances in myriad aspects of their academic life will be distributed valuable awards too.

On the occasion, the MMERC scholars will be delivering speeches on burning topics 'Risks from Homosexuality as per Logic & Islam' and 'Is Hijab Sign Of Slavery?". Besides, there will be a screen presentation of the welfare and educational activities being rendered by the NGO Markazul Ma'arif.
