shab-e-bara'at

Assalamu Alaikkum

Dear brothers, first and foremost be clarified that we are not "CELBRATING" shab-e-bara'at.
This termonology is always used by these brothers leading to misguide. We are only advised and trying to do more righteous deeds on these particular days. Regarding the hadiths being week or strong, or about the validity of reciting Sura Yaseen, what is the real meaning of "Bid'ah" "good innovations" "bad innovations" leave it to the scholars.

Secondly, As per Qur'an teaching we muslims should obey who has authority over us, A doctor has authority over us regarding our health, a teacher has authotiy over a student, an auditor has authority over your wealth, earnings, trade, a lawyer has authority over our court cases, litigations if any etc. If the concerned person acts against these people it is he who suffersand not the doctor, nor teacher nor auditor nor lawer. Likewise an Alim i.e religious scholar has authority over us regarding religious affairs.

However you will agree that you cannot have two doctors, or two teachers, or two auditors or two lawers with opposite and contradicting views to obey. which will lead to confution.

So you decide whether you want to follow the religious scholars who are advising to increase the religious deeds or the ones who always want to reduce your religious deeds. Do you think that Allah is going to punish us for reciting the Holy Qur'an and thasbeeh, and asking Dua on a particular day.

Even after all the above clarification you feel it may be a bid'ah, the scholars who advised us are going to be taken to task by Allah and not us.

So be relaxed and attend the shab-e-bara'at programmes (not celebrations) arranged tonight at D'Block, Kottai pallivasal and Kuwait pallivasal
wassalam/best regards
