இதில் இளையான்குடி யாஸ்மின் முபல்லிஹா ( திண்டுக்கல்லைச் சேர்ந்தவர் ) உரை நிகழ்த்த உள்ளார். இவர் இளையான்குடி டாக்டர் ஜாஹிர் உசேன் கல்லூரி வணிகத்துறை பேராசிரியர் அஷ்ரஃப் அவர்களின் துணைவியார் இவர். இளையான்குடி டாக்டர் ஜாஹிர் உசேன் கல்லூரி, கீழக்கரை தாசிம் பீவி அப்துல் காதர் மகளிர் கல்லூரி உள்ளிட்டவற்றில் நீதிபோதனை வகுப்புகளை பெண்களுக்காக நடத்தி வருபவர்.

Introduction
Instead of having multiple identity cards like driving licenses, work permits, employee cards, passports, e-cards, the UAE Federal Government created a single national identity card in April 2006, with in-built smart features including biometrics and advanced ID features that will eventually eliminate the need to carry multiple cards. At a later date, it can be used as a travel document within the GCC.
Emirates Identity Authority(EIDA), a federal government organization has already rolled out the first phase of the national identity card, as part of a comprehensive three year plan to provide National ID cards to three categories: UAE nationals, GCC citizens living in UAE and other UAE residents.
Criteria & Validity
You must be either a UAE national, a GCC citizen working or residing in the UAE, or a UAE resident and above 15 years of age. The card is valid for lifetime for nationals (with renewal every five years) and validity for other residents depends on the validity of the visa. However, the same card can be used, once the residence visa is renewed.
Steps
1. Book an online appointment.
2. Before going for your appointment, fill up this online application form from EIDA website and take a printout, using only a laser printer.
3. Visit the nearest EIDA service centre and pay the registration fee, while submitting your form.
4. Allow bio metric and fingerprinting to be done and get your original documents scanned.
5. Congratulations. You can either choose to have your National ID card sent to you by Empost or personally collect after 3 working days.

UAE Residents: Original passport. AED 100 per year of visa validity.
Lost or damaged card: AED 300

Professional expatriates who do not obtain the new identity card by the end of the year may face a suspension in transactions and dealing with governmental and semi-governmental bodies, said a senior official at the Emirates Identity Authority (EIDA).
Darwish Ahmad Al Zarouni, Director General of EIDA, told Gulf News that the authority is under discussion with relevant government bodies to consider suspending some service to professional expatriates. "Services we are looking at suspending will include driving licence renewals and renewal of vehicle registration," said Al Zarouni.
The deadline to register for the card for professional expatriates and all nationals is December 31 2008.
The authority defines professionals as holders of bachelor degrees or higher qualifications. They also include: consultants, medical doctors, engineers, journalists, teachers, IT professionals and accountants. Blue collar workers will be given until the end of 2010 to register for the card.
However, the suspension of services by next January will be applied to all UAE nationals who have not obtained identity card. Bank transactions will also be suspended for Emiratis, according to Al Zarouni.
Earlier on Tuesday, Thamer Rashed Al Qasemi, Planning Director at the authority, said in a press gathering that expatriates will face a suspension in bank transactions and all governmental services if they do not obtain the cards by the end of the year.
"A circular has been sent two months ago from the UAE Central bank to banks informing them not to provide any services for Emiratis and professional expatriates who do not produce the card as identification," said Al Qasemi.
Applicants can fill in the registration form at www.emiratesid.ae and print it out to submit it at any of the 24 registration centres in the country.
Customers without access to the internet can approach typing centres at the registration centres to prepare the application forms.

Development of Humane Action (DHAN) Foundation, a professional development organisation, was initiated on October 2, 1997. It has been incorporated as a Trust under the Indian Trusts Act (1882). The Trust has been promoted with the objective of bringing highly motivated and educated young women and men to the development sector. They would work on bringing out new innovations in rural development and for upscaling development interventions to eradicate poverty in vast areas of the country.
Vision and Mission
The Foundation works towards bringing significant changes in the livelihoods of the poor through innovations in themes and institutions. The broad purposes for which it stands are:
Mothering of Development Innovations: The institution aims to promote and nurture new ideas on different development themes, which have larger potential to address the livelihoods and development of the poor in a region viz., microfinance, small scale irrigation, dry land agriculture, working with panchayats.
Promoting Institutions to reach scale: Exclusive thematic organisations will be promoted to undertake development work with a sub-sectoral focus. The primary role of these institutions is promotional and to ensure that benefits reach a large number of poor with quality.
Human Resource Development: The institution would bring young professionals into the development sector and provide them an opportunity to practice and develop relevant knowledge, attitudes and skills to work long term in the development sector.
Our guiding principles
Engaging high quality human resources to work at the grassroots. The focus of the work would be on enabling rather than delivery of services.
Valuing collaboration with mainstream institutions and government to demonstrate new and effective ways of development interventions, thereby building viable linkages between them and people.
Promoting people’s organisations at various levels to ensure entitlements and to build an effective demand system.
Focusing on promotion of livelihoods to address poverty directly.
Enriching the themes and retaining sub-sectoral focus would be the strategy for growth.
Policy contribution at national and global level
DHAN Foundation through the Tankfed Agriculture Development Programme has facilitated wider consultations among farmers, bureaucrats, scientists and academicians. This has been done through organising policy seminars and workshops, undertaking research and publishing documents and participating in various policy making bodies of State and Central Governments on development of water, small scale irrigation and rural development.
In Tamil Nadu and Karnataka 'Conservation Council for Small Scale Water Resources' has been constituted with eminent personalities to influence the policies on water and small scale irrigation in favour of farmers.
While through the Kalanjiam Community Banking Programme, DHAN Foundation as a member of many policy-making bodies on microfinance and through participating in national and international conferences, strongly advocates refocusing of 'microfinance' to address poverty and empowerment of poor especially women. As a resource centre, it organises many capacity building events and training programmes for bankers, government officials and representatives of NGOs within and outside the country.
DHAN Foundation is a founder member of INAFI (International Network of Alternative Financial Institutions) focuses on micro finance. It is currently coordinating the INAFI India Chapter.

http:// & https://
The main difference between http:// and https:// is, it’s all about keeping you secure
HTTP stands for Hypertext Transport Protocol, which is just a fancy way of saying it's a protocol (a language, in a manner of speaking) for information to be passed back and forth between web servers and clients.
The important thing is the letter S which makes the difference between HTTP and HTTPS.
The S (big surprise) stands for "Secure".
If you visit a website or webpage, and look at the address in the web browser, it will likely begin with the following: http://.
This means that the website is talking to your browser using the regular 'unsecure' language.
In other words, it is possible for someone to "eavesdrop" on your computer's conversation with the website.
If you fill out a form on the website, someone might see the information you send to that site.
This is why you never ever enter your credit card number in an http website!
But if the web address begins with https:// that basically means your computer is talking to the website in a secure code that no one can eavesdrop on.
You understand why this is so important, right?
If a website ever asks you to enter your credit card information, you should automatically look to see if the web address begins with https://.
If it doesn't, there's no way you're going to enter sensitive information like a credit card number!

Three important and beneficial things:
1) Hazrat Muhammad s.a.w.(PBUH) says that "if a person recite " Ayatal
Kursi" after every Farz Namaz then there will be nothing between him and
Heaven except Death"
2) There is a Hadith that says "La Haula Wala Quuata illa billahil
aliyul azeem" is such a great medicine that it cures every disease and
the most minor disease it cures is "Sorrow" (Gham).
3) Another Hadith says "if a person recite surah ikhlaas (QUL huwallahu
ahad... ) 10 times in a day then Allah build a palace for him in the
Heaven.
(Subhaan Allah)"
The last but not the least Allah says " spread the knowledge whatever
u have ........Its duty of each n every muslim" so PLZ FORWARD IT TO AS MANY
PEOPLE
Don't wait for tomorrow. It never comes and if it does, it's today. So do it today & now is the time

துபாயிலிருந்து சுல்தான், மனைவி ஜமீலாவின் கடிதத்திற்கு கண்ணீர் மல்க பதில் எழுதிக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றான்
அன்புள்ள மனைவிக்கு,
நமது தெருவிலேயே நமது வீடுதான் இரண்டு அடுக்கு மாடி வீடு என்று நீ எழுதிய செய்தி கண்டு மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சியடைந்தேன்.
சொந்த வீடே இல்லாமல் ஒரு ஓட்டு வீட்டில் கஷ்டப்பட்டு வாடகைக்கு குடியிருந்த நாம் இப்பொழுது தெருவிலேயே பெரிய வீடாக கட்டியிருக்கிறோம். அவ்வளவு பெரிய வீடு கட்டுவதற்கு நான் இங்கு எவ்வளவு கஷ்டப்பட்டேன் தெரியுமா..? நான் பட்ட கஷ்டம் வீண் போகவில்லை என்பது குறித்து மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சியடைந்தேன்.
நான் இன்னும் ஒரு மாதத்தில் ஊருக்கு வரலாமென இருக்கின்றேன். இது பற்றி உன் முடிவைச் சொல்..
என்று மனைவிக்கு கடிதம் எழுதி அனுப்பிவிடுகின்றான். ஒருவாரம் கழித்து மனைவி ஜமீலாவிடமிருந்து பதில் கடிதம் வருகின்றது
அன்புள்ள கணவனுக்கு
தங்களுடைய கடிதம் கண்டு மகிழ்ச்சி. நீங்கள் கூறியது போல நமக்கு சொந்தமாக வீடு வருவதற்கு அயல்தேச மண்ணில் நீங்கள் பட்ட கஷ்டங்களை நானும் அறிவேன்.
அதற்கு ஈடு இணையே இல்லை. எல்லாவற்றையும் நீங்கள் இழந்து நமக்கொரு வீடு உருவாவதற்கு பாடுபட்டுள்ளீர்கள்.
நீங்கள் இன்னும் ஒரு மாதத்தில் வருவதாக எழுதியிருந்தீர்கள். எனக்கு மகிழ்ச்சிதான். ஆனால் இவ்வளவு கஷ்டப்பட்டு விட்டோம் . நமக்கென்று ஒரே ஒரு கார் எனது அக்கா மாப்பிள்ளை வாங்கியது போல வாங்க வேண்டும் என்று விருப்பம். ஆகவே அதற்கு மட்டும் எப்படியாவது வழிசெய்தீர்கள் என்றால் நாம் அவர்களைப்போல ஆடம்பரமாக இருக்கலாம்.
மனைவியின் கடிதத்தைக் கண்டு "அய்யோ மனைவியின் இந்த விருப்பத்தை நாம் கண்டிப்பாக நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டுமே . இவ்வளவு கஷ்டப்பட்டு விட்டோம். அவள் விருப்பப் படி காருக்காகவும் கொஞ்சம் உழைப்போம்" என்று நினைத்து இன்னும் ஒரு வருடம் கழித்துச் செல்லலாமென முடிவெடுக்கின்றான்.
பின்னர் பல மாதம் கழித்து மனைவியின் விருப்பப்படி மனைவியின் அக்கா மாப்பிள்ளை வாங்கியதை விடவும் அழகான விலை உயர்ந்த கார் ஒன்றை வாங்கி விடுகிறான். பின் பதில் கடிதம் எழுதுகின்றான்
அன்புள்ள மனைவிக்கு,
நீ கூறியபடி நமக்கென்று ஒரு கார் வாங்கியது உனக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியூட்டக்கூடும் என்று நினைக்கின்றேன். நீ கூறியபடி நாம் ஆடம்பரமாக வாழலாம் . கவலைப்படாதே.
நான் இன்னும் சில மாதங்களில் ஊருக்கு வருகின்றேன். உனக்கு என்ன என்ன தேவை என்பதை எனக்கு தெரியப்படுத்து.
உடனே மனைவியும் ஏற்கனவே பட்டியலிட்டு வைத்திருந்த தேவைகளை கணவனுக்கு பதிலாக எழுதிவிட்டு கணவனின் வருகைக்காக காத்திருக்கின்றான்.
கணவன் வரும் நாள் அன்று மிக மகிழ்ச்சியாக புது வீட்டில் - புதிய காருடன் காத்திருக்கின்றாள். அப்பொழுது ஒரு தொலைபேசி அழைப்பு ஒன்று வருகின்றது.
ஏர்போர்ட்டிலிருந்து வரும் வழியில் சுல்தான் விபத்துக்குள்ளாகி மரணமடைந்து விட்டான் என்றும் பிணத்தை வாங்கிச் செல்லுமாறும் அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றனர்
அப்படியே இடிந்து போய் உட்காருகின்றாள் ஜமீலா. பின்பு நிலைமை உணர்ந்த உறவினர்கள் அந்தப் புதிய காரை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு சுல்தானின் பிணத்தை எடுக்க தயாராகும்பொழுது உறவினர்களுள் ஒருவர் ,
அட! புதுக்கார்ல பிணத்தை எடுக்கக் கூடாதுப்பா..ஏதாவது பழைய வண்டியை வாடகைக்கு பிடிச்சிட்டு போங்க எனக்கூற பின்பு பழைய வண்டி ஒன்றை வாடகைக்கு பிடித்துச் சென்றனர்.
புதிய வீட்டில் முதன் முதலில் பிணத்தைக் கொண்டு வரக்கூடாது என்றும் சில அறிவுஜீவி உறவினர்கள் கூற அவர்கள் வாழ்ந்த பழைய வீடொன்றில் சுல்தானின் பிணம் கொண்டு வரப்பட்டு மனைவி உறவினர்கள் கதறலுக்குப்பிறகு சுல்தானின் பிணம் அடக்கப்பட்டுவிட்டது
மனைவி ஜமீலா அந்தப் புதியகாரையும் - வீட்டையும் வெறித்துப் பார்த்தபடி நிற்கின்றாள்.
எங்கிருந்தோ அப்பொழுது திருக்குர்ஆனின் வாசகங்கள் காதில் வந்து விழுகின்றது
மண்ணறை செல்லும் வரையிலும் செல்வத்தை தேடிக்கொண்டே இருப்பீர்கள் என்று.

மனைவி ஜமீலா அந்தப் புதியகாரையும் - வீட்டையும் வெறித்துப் பார்த்தபடி நிற்கின்றாள்.
எங்கிருந்தோ அப்பொழுது திருக்குர்ஆனின் வாசகங்கள் காதில் வந்து விழுகின்றது

படிப்பு இலவசமாக தரப்படுகிறது
நிறைய நேரங்களில் சாதாரண உரையாடல்கள் கூட வாழ்க்கையைப் புரட்டிப்போடப்போகும் நிகழ்வுகளுக்கு அடித்தளமாக அமைந்துவிடலாம். இந்த வருட ஆரம்பத்தில் வாழ்க்கையில் ஒரு மாற்றம் உடனடியாகத் தேவை என எண்ணிக்கொண்டே ஒரு முறை பதிவர் 'மாற்று' ரவிசங்கருடன் உரையாடிக்கொண்டிருந்த பொழுது, எதேச்சையாக மேற்படிப்பு பற்றி பேச்சு ஆரம்பித்தது.

ஸ்கேண்டிநேவியா நாடுகள் என்பது டென்மார்க்,சுவீடன்,நார்வே,பின்லேந்து மற்றும் ஐஸ்லேந்து. டென்மார்க்கில் ஐரோப்பிய ஒன்றியம் அல்லாத நாடுகளில் இருந்து வருபவர்களுக்கு கட்டணம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுவிட்டதாலும், பின்லாந்து பல்கலைக் கழகங்கள் 75% மதிப்பெண் எதிர்பார்த்ததாலும் , நார்வே, ஐஸ்லேந்து குளிர் பிரதேசங்களாக இருப்பதாலும் எஞ்சிய சுவீடன் பற்றி தேட ஆரம்பித்தேன்.
தேடலில் மிக மிக மிக அத்தியாவசியமான மகிழ்ச்சி அளிக்கக்கூடிய ஒரு தகவல் தரப்பட்டிருந்தது.
இந்தியாவில் தொழில்நுட்பம்,பொறியியல் மற்றும் அறிவியல் படிப்புபடித்திருப்பவர்களுக்கு ஆங்கில மொழித் தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் சமர்ப்பிப்பதில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படுகிறது என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.
நீண்ட காலமாக எனது மேற்படிப்புக்கான முயற்சிகளில் ஈடுபடாமல் இருந்ததற்கு இந்த மொழித்தேர்வும் ஒரு காரணம். ஆகையால், மக்களே சுவீடனில் மேற்படிப்பு படிக்க IELTS/TOEFL போன்ற ஆங்கில மொழித்தேர்வுகள் எழுதத்தேவை இல்லை. இது பி.எஸ்.சி படித்திருப்பவர்களுக்கும் பொருந்தும்.

சுவீடன் பல்கலைகழகங்களில் வருடத்தில் ஜனவரியிலும் செப்டம்பரிலும் என இரண்டு முறை சேர்க்கை முறை இருக்கும். அடுத்த 2009 செப்டம்பர் சேர்க்கைக்கு 2009 பிப்ரவரி இரண்டாவது வாரம் கடைசியாக இருக்கும்.
செப்டம்பரில் வருபவர்களுக்கு மே மாத இறுதியில் சேர்க்கை நிலவரம் அறிவிக்கப்படும். அனுமதி கிடைத்தவுடன் விசா விற்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். விசா விண்ணப்பித்து இரண்டு மாதங்கள் கிடைத்து விசா கிடைத்தவுடன் சுவீடனுக்கு பறக்க ஆரம்பிக்கலாம்.
ஆகையால் அடுத்த செப்டம்பரில் இங்கு வர நினைப்பவர்கள் இப்பொழுதே பல்கலைக்கழகங்களைத் தங்களது விருப்பப்பாடங்களுக்கு ஏற்ற படி விபரங்களைத் தேட ஆரம்பியுங்கள்.
படிக்கும் காலங்களில் சிக்கனமாக இருந்தால் , இரண்டு வருட மேற்படிப்பை 3 லட்சரூபாய்க்கும் குறைவாகவே முடித்துவிடலாம். இருந்த போதிலும் விசா பெறுவதற்கு கிட்டத்தட்ட 10 லட்ச ரூபாய் நம் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் காட்டவேண்டும். பெரும்பலான மக்கள் குறுகிய கால கடனாக நண்பர்கள்/உறவினர்களிடம் வாங்கி விசா பெறும் வரை கணக்கில் வைத்துவிட்டு பிறகு திருப்பிக் கொடுத்துவிடுவார்கள்.
பகுதி நேர வேலை என்பது சுவீடனைப் பொருத்த மட்டிலும் கொஞ்சம் கடினமே என்றாலும் சிறிய அளவிலான வேலைகள் கிடைக்கின்றன. வேலை அதிக அளவில் கிடைக்காமல் இருப்பதற்குக் காரணம் சுவீடீஷ் மொழி . சுவிடீஷ் மொழியை ஆறு மாதத்தில் கற்றுக்கொள்பவர்களுக்கு இங்கு எளிதாக வேலைக் கிடைக்கும்.

இருந்த போதிலும் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக ஒரு மகிழ்ச்சிகரமான செய்தியை சுவீடன் அரசாங்கம் அறிவித்துள்ளது. அது என்னவென்றால் மேற்படிப்பு படிக்க வருபவர்கள் 30 ECTS அதாவது நான்கு பாடங்கள் முடித்துவிட்டால் 48 மாதங்களுக்கு வேலைக்கான விசாவும்/தற்காலிக தங்கும் குடியுரிமையும் (Residence permit) உடனடியாக வழங்கப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த விதி இந்த வருடம் டிசம்பர் 15 லிருந்து செயற்படுத்தப்படும் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஆகையால் மேற்கத்திய நாடுகளில் மேற்படிப்பு படிக்க வேண்டும் என நினைத்து, ஆங்கிலப்புலமை குறைவு என்பதினாலோ அல்லது அதிகக் கட்டணம் கட்டவேண்டும் என்றோ இது நாள் வரை தவிர்த்து வந்தவர்களுக்கு சுவீடனில் படிக்கும் வாய்ப்பு ஒரு அரிய வரப்பிரசாதம்.

ஆகையால் அடுத்த செப்டம்பரில் இங்கு வர நினைப்பவர்கள் இப்பொழுதே பல்கலைக்கழகங்களைத் தங்களது விருப்பப்பாடங்களுக்கு ஏற்ற படி விபரங்களைத் தேட ஆரம்பியுங்கள்.
படிக்கும் காலங்களில் சிக்கனமாக இருந்தால் , இரண்டு வருட மேற்படிப்பை 3 லட்சரூபாய்க்கும் குறைவாகவே முடித்துவிடலாம். இருந்த போதிலும் விசா பெறுவதற்கு கிட்டத்தட்ட 10 லட்ச ரூபாய் நம் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் காட்டவேண்டும். பெரும்பலான மக்கள் குறுகிய கால கடனாக நண்பர்கள்/உறவினர்களிடம் வாங்கி விசா பெறும் வரை கணக்கில் வைத்துவிட்டு பிறகு திருப்பிக் கொடுத்துவிடுவார்கள்.

இந்த விதி இந்த வருடம் டிசம்பர் 15 லிருந்து செயற்படுத்தப்படும் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஆகையால் மேற்கத்திய நாடுகளில் மேற்படிப்பு படிக்க வேண்டும் என நினைத்து, ஆங்கிலப்புலமை குறைவு என்பதினாலோ அல்லது அதிகக் கட்டணம் கட்டவேண்டும் என்றோ இது நாள் வரை தவிர்த்து வந்தவர்களுக்கு சுவீடனில் படிக்கும் வாய்ப்பு ஒரு அரிய வரப்பிரசாதம்.
முக்கியமான விசயம், சுவீடனைப்பொருத்தமட்டில் எல்லாம் ஸ்டூடரா இணையத்தளம் வாயிலாக மட்டும் விண்ணப்பங்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படுகின்றன. இதைத்தவிர எனது கல்லூரி BTH போன்றவை நேரடியாகவும் அவர்களின் கல்லூரித்தளங்களில் விண்ணப்பங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்கின்றனர்.

If you are running a business, you MUST have a website. Why? You see, the world is growing, the Internet is growing, India is growing! There are more and more computers all over the place now. There are more and more Internet connections all over the place now. So, thinking about "Who is going to come visit my website?" is hardly a question anymore.
As you probably already know, the harder you make it for someone to do something, the lesser the possibility of them actually doing it! If something is hard for people to do, they will not do it. If something is easy for people to do, a large number of people will do it. The Internet is very important because of this! You see, it is very easy to find out information from the Internet. You just have to go to a search engine and type in what you are looking for.. You will find hundreds of answers.
If someone was looking for a "fiber optic cable manufacturer" in Pune for example, a few years ago, he would probably first start looking in the "Yellow pages". A few years ago, there were no other options that people had.
Now, since information can be found so easily on the Internet, people don't waste time with yellow pages. They will just go to Google and type in "fiber optic cable manufacturer pune" and find all the info they are looking for.
What if your competitors have websites and you don't? All the customers who look up information on the Internet will immediately go to them! You may have better products and services, but since no body can find you, you are loosing customers. You have to make it easy for people to find you.

Creating a website free of charge!
It is possible to create a website "free of charge" on the Internet. This is done though "free hosting". The problem is, that your website will not look very professional. This is because the companies that let you create a free website, will make you put their adds on your website.
Another problem that you will have is that, your website address will not be a ".com" like www.indiahowto.com. On the other hand, it will be some long name like "www.freehosting.coolsite.com"
Because of these reasons, it would be good to NOT create a free website if you are doing something serious, like making a website for your business etc.
On the other hand, if you are creating a website just for fun or just as a learning experience etc. if would be best to go in for a free hosting website.
Creating a Professional Website:
If you are interested in creating a professional looking website, you will have to go in for "paid hosting". Paid hosting has many advantages over free hosting. Firstly, since you "buy" space on the Internet, it's your space and so nobody will make you put any annoying adds on your site.
Also, you will have your own ".com" like www.mysite.com!
These are required if you intend to use your website for any serious purposes. In any case, paid hosting is not very costly. It is around Rs.450/- for buying the ".com" name and around Rs.800-Rs.1500 for a 50MB space for one year..
The process of creating a "free website" and the process of creating a "paid website" are a little different. In this article we will explain to you how to do both.
What is hosting?
We have used the word "hosting" many times in the last few paragraphs. You may be wondering, "What is hosting?"
Hosting is basically putting your website up on the Internet. Hosting is pretty much like buying some land or buying a shop, so that you can start a business. However, on the Internet, hosting is buying space. Space in terms of MB.
Free hosting companies give you some space free. They give you this space free of charge in return for putting their adds on your website. Paid hosting companies charge you for the space that they give you.
The general process of creating a website:
· Make your website on your own computer
· Use hosting to put your website up on the Internet
· Promote your website
Basically making a website is all about these 3 things.
In this article we will show you how to do all these things so read on!
To make your website on your own computer, you need to know HTML. All the web pages on the Internet, are fundamentally made up of HTML. To understand what I mean, go to any page of any website and go to "View > Source" in Internet Explorer or "View > Page Source" in Mozilla Firefox. (You can find "View" along with "File" "Edit" and all those other options on the top of your browser window.) A new window will open and what you will see is a confusing combination of words and brackets and a whole lot of other stuff! This is the HTML of the page.
Now, HTML is basically a language. If you know programming languages like C, C++, VB etc. then HTML will be very very easy for you. HTML, is one of the easiest programming languages. In fact HTML is not even a programming language.
HTML is a very simple "markup" language. This means that HTML decides how the different parts of the web page will "look". HTML is all about how everything "looks". For example, if I want this text to look bold. Then I can control how this text looks with HTML.
If you want a particular image on a web page in a particular place and of a particular size, you can decide exactly how it will look on the web page. Controlling the look of the web page is what HTML is all about.
Nowadays, the Internet is changing. Websites are not made only of HTML anymore. Websites are made using HTML, XHTML, Dynamic HTML, CSS, Flash, ASP and a whole lot of other things. To make a decent website you must know at least HTML and CSS.
Note: There are many ways of making a website without knowing anything about HTML or CSS. We will tell you some of them here. However, we are saying that you should know HTML because if you don't, you will waste a lot of time and money doing something that is very simple. There are simpler ways of doing things if you know HTML.
If this does not make sense now, then just take our word for it. As you learn HTML, you will understand what we mean.
So since you are going to be learning HTML, let me give you the basics of HTML.
Basics of HTML
HTML is a very simple language. It's all about "tags".
What are tags?
Tags are the main part of HTML. Suppose you want to make some text look bold. You put the text between & tags. The "" & "" are the tags. is the starting tag. is the ending tag. The ending tag is exactly like the staring tag. The only difference is the "/".
Anything that comes between these two will appear in bold on the web page. So suppose I want to write "You must learn HTML!" on the web page in bold. I would write:
You must learn HTML!
This probably gives you a basic understanding of tags. Just like there are tags to make text look bold, there are also many many other tags. There are tags to make text look italic, of a particular color, make text blink, make text scroll across the screen, make images show up and a whole lot of other things.
Just to give you an example, to make text bilk, you use the tags. It's that simple!
These are the basics of HTML. There is a lot more to learn, and I am sure you have many questions in your mind. Don't worry, we will help you with all of them. Here are some excellent resources where you can learn all about HTML:

A WYSIWYG Editor!
I know the wired name might have scared you. But do not worry. It's a very simple name.
WYSIWYG stands for "What You See Is What You Get!"
You probably find this a little weird, but that is exactly what it stands for. Computer geeks are a little cool. They give fun names to everything.
So what is a What You See Is What You Get Editor?
A WYSIWYG editor makes it very simple for you to make web pages. It makes it very easy to design websites without bothering too much about HTML. It's like word or some other simple program. To make the web page you just have to select the pictures you want to put, put the text you want to put in, decide how it looks and all that. You don't have to bother about writing the HTML for the website. You just decide the colors, fonts, sizes and all the looks, the program writes the HTML code for you. Cool isn't it!
Even though it is possible to make a website only using a WYSIWYG editor, you must still learn HTML. Many a times you want to "fine tune" your website or do certain things that the program cannot handle, then you need to use hard-core HTML.
So now probably the name WYSIWYG makes a little more sense. What you see on the screen as you make the website is what you will get in the final web page.

Once you download it, and after learning HTML, this editor is very easy to use.
Website Templates
There are many websites on the Internet that will provide you with free website templates. These are basically completely designed blank templates that can be filled with your information and your content and your website. The cool thing about these templates is that they are very easy to use if you have a WYSIWYG Editor and know the basics of HTML.
Another great thing about these templates is that they look great and are professionally designed. So you do not have to design you website from scratch. This saves you a whole lot of time and money. There are thousands of templates available on the Internet of all shapes sizes colors etc. You can easily find one that looks cool and matches your business and theme.

If you are not comfortable with Credit Card payments, there are always other options like DD, money order etc. that you can go in for. Besides that, it will be hard for you to find this kind of complete kit anywhere else.
After you have the tools, do not just make a website. When designing a website there are some things that you must do so that your website is easy for the users to use, for the search engines to find and still looks cool and professional.

Some of these guidelines are quite easy to understand and some you will understand only once you know a little about HTML. So save this page in your favorites and come back to it often while making your website often. Also make sure you read these guidelines before and after selecting your template for your website.
Design guidelines - Making your site user friendly (Very Important!)
Your main page is the "first impression you give" and should specifically let your visitors know exactly what you're offering.. If your potential customer or visitor can't find your product or service or information, they definitely will not waste a lot of time looking for it. They'll go to the next site and probably never return. They're visiting your site for a specific purpose. They want something your site offers. Provide them with what they are are looking for!
Branding will play a major role in your success. Make sure you place your company or website logo and slogan in the top left corner of each page. This will help your visitors to remember your site. It will also give your pages the same look and feel.
It's much better to keep your main page containing the most essential elements only and link to the detailed informational pages.
A good rule of thumb is "less is more." In other words, keep your main page as small as possible and include your most important elements only. A main page that contains too much information will NOT get you good results.
Navigation
When you begin designing your pages, keep in mind, your visitors may enter your site from pages other than your main page. Make sure you include good navigational links on every page.
Place your navigational links together at the top, bottom, left or right side of the page. Use tables to neatly align your links and maintain a nicely organized and uniform appearance throughout.
When someone requires to go from one page of your website to the other he should have to click a maximum of two links.
It should NOT BE under any circumstances confusing for your visitor to find out how to use your website. No body sits around on slow confusing websites. People leave!
Fonts
One of the most important parts of a web page is text. The way in which you display the text on your web page will have a great impact on your success. It can make your page look very professional or very unprofessional.
When placing text within your web page, always be consistent with your fonts. In other words, don't use different fonts throughout your pages. The standard fonts used on the Internet are Aerial and Verdana. The standard text size is 2. Aerial and Verdana are the standard simply because they are the easiest to read on a computer screen.
Headlines, which require a larger font size, are a bit different. A popular headline font used is Georgia , as it displays nicely in the slightly larger font size.
Background and Text Colors
Use caution when selecting your background and text colors. Some backgrounds make text difficult to read and draw the attention away from the text. In addition, always be consistent with your background theme on each page of your site.
Select your colors very carefully, as colors affect your mood and will have an affect on your visitors as well.
Bright colors, such as yellow and orange, cause you to become more cheerful or happy. Colors such as blue and purple have a calming effect. Dark colors, such as brown and black, have a depressing effect.
A good rule of thumb is to use colors based on the type of effect you're trying to achieve. However, it's always best for your text areas to have a white background with black text.
What is the meaning of search engine friendly?
Search engines are funny creatures. They like certain sites and they do not like other websites. They are a little like women. They are hard to please and it takes time and effort to figure out why exactly they don't like you. (Sorry all the women who are reading this.)
If Google for example, likes your site, your site will show up in the Google search results then you will start getting many visitors from Google. This always a good way for a site to get it's first visitors. You want Google and other search engines to like your website. So you have to design it in a particular way so that you make it easier for the search engine to like you..
What do you mean?
You see, when a search engine first finds your site, it wants to know what your website is about. If they know what your website is about then they can display it when someone is searching for the information your website provides. So, to figure out what your website is about, they look at certain pars of your web page…like your title, heading etc. On seeing these things they know what your site is about so they can show your site when something related to your site is searched for.
So, when you design your website, make sure that you make it as easy as possible for the search engines to know what your website is about. This is called "SEO", Search Engine Optimization.
There are whole companies who are dedicated to SEO and pleasing the search engines. SEO is a art and people are studying it all over the world. It's like a business and a game to get your website to show up in the first page of the search results at Google.
There are some very important things you must do SEO wise while designing your website. But before we go into them, let us go into the concept of a "keyword"
What is a "keyword"?
When you have a website about "caps" for example, you want your website to be the website that shows up when some one goes to Google and types "caps". If you have a website about health and a web page about "cancer" then you want this web page of your website to show up when someone goes to Google and searches for "cancer". This is basically a keyword.
A keyword is the word that you want your website or web page to show up in the search results for. Search Engine Optimization is all about putting the "keywords" in the right paces when designing your site.
So when making your web pages, fists decide, "What is the key word for this web page? For what keyword should this page show up in the search results?"
Once you decide this follow the SEO guidelines:
The SEO web design guidelines:
Put the keyword once in the "title" tag of the page.
Put the keyword once or twice in the "description" tag of the web page. (By the way, you must unique title and description tags for all your pages.)
For all your pages, the heading of the page must be done though the "H1" tag. The keyword must be there in the H1 tag.
The file name of the web page must contain the keyword. For example, the keyword of a page is "lung cancer" then the file name must be "lung-cancer.html"
These are the basics of SEO. You should try and follow these rules. There is mush more to learn and I will tell you about it as we go along. For now, from the design point of view this is enough.
In some cases, it may be so that your visitors may get confused if you use a particular "keyword" in the heading etc. then DO NOT use the keyword just for SEO.
The VISITOR is more important. The VISITOR IS MOST IMPORTANT! DON'T CONFUSE THE VISITOR.
SEO is important, but don't confuse the visitor. The visitor is more important.
(If you don't know HTML, some of the above things might not be understood by you. Once you know HTML, this will make more sense. So go learn HTML)
Okay, once you follow all this, your pages should be ready and your website should be ready to go. So in the next section we will show you how to put your website on the Internet though free as well as paid hosting.

To understand what I mean, go to any page of any website and go to "View > Source" in Internet Explorer or "View > Page Source" in Mozilla Firefox. (You can find "View" along with "File" "Edit" and all those other options on the top of your browser window.) A new window will open and what you will see is a confusing combination of words and brackets and a whole lot of other stuff! This is the HTML of the page.
Now, HTML is basically a language. If you know programming languages like C, C++, VB etc. then HTML will be very very easy for you. HTML, is one of the easiest programming languages. In fact HTML is not even a programming language.
HTML is a very simple "markup" language. This means that HTML decides how the different parts of the web page will "look". HTML is all about how everything "looks". For example, if I want this text to look bold. Then I can control how this text looks with HTML.
If you want a particular image on a web page in a particular place and of a particular size, you can decide exactly how it will look on the web page. Controlling the look of the web page is what HTML is all about.
Nowadays, the Internet is changing. Websites are not made only of HTML anymore. Websites are made using HTML, XHTML, Dynamic HTML, CSS, Flash, ASP and a whole lot of other things. To make a decent website you must know at least HTML and CSS.
Note: There are many ways of making a website without knowing anything about HTML or CSS. We will tell you some of them here. However, we are saying that you should know HTML because if you don't, you will waste a lot of time and money doing something that is very simple. There are simpler ways of doing things if you know HTML.

Basics of HTML

Design guidelines - Making your site user friendly (Very Important!)
Your main page is the "first impression you give" and should specifically let your visitors know exactly what you're offering.. If your potential customer or visitor can't find your product or service or information, they definitely will not waste a lot of time looking for it. They'll go to the next site and probably never return. They're visiting your site for a specific purpose. They want something your site offers. Provide them with what they are are looking for!
Branding will play a major role in your success. Make sure you place your company or website logo and slogan in the top left corner of each page. This will help your visitors to remember your site. It will also give your pages the same look and feel.
It's much better to keep your main page containing the most essential elements only and link to the detailed informational pages.
A good rule of thumb is "less is more." In other words, keep your main page as small as possible and include your most important elements only. A main page that contains too much information will NOT get you good results.
Navigation
When you begin designing your pages, keep in mind, your visitors may enter your site from pages other than your main page. Make sure you include good navigational links on every page.

Fonts
One of the most important parts of a web page is text. The way in which you display the text on your web page will have a great impact on your success. It can make your page look very professional or very unprofessional.
When placing text within your web page, always be consistent with your fonts. In other words, don't use different fonts throughout your pages. The standard fonts used on the Internet are Aerial and Verdana. The standard text size is 2. Aerial and Verdana are the standard simply because they are the easiest to read on a computer screen.
Headlines, which require a larger font size, are a bit different. A popular headline font used is Georgia , as it displays nicely in the slightly larger font size.
Background and Text Colors
Use caution when selecting your background and text colors. Some backgrounds make text difficult to read and draw the attention away from the text. In addition, always be consistent with your background theme on each page of your site.
Select your colors very carefully, as colors affect your mood and will have an affect on your visitors as well.

This always a good way for a site to get it's first visitors. You want Google and other search engines to like your website. So you have to design it in a particular way so that you make it easier for the search engine to like you..
What do you mean?
You see, when a search engine first finds your site, it wants to know what your website is about. If they know what your website is about then they can display it when someone is searching for the information your website provides. So, to figure out what your website is about, they look at certain pars of your web page…like your title, heading etc. On seeing these things they know what your site is about so they can show your site when something related to your site is searched for.
So, when you design your website, make sure that you make it as easy as possible for the search engines to know what your website is about. This is called "SEO", Search Engine Optimization.
There are whole companies who are dedicated to SEO and pleasing the search engines. SEO is a art and people are studying it all over the world. It's like a business and a game to get your website to show up in the first page of the search results at Google.
There are some very important things you must do SEO wise while designing your website. But before we go into them, let us go into the concept of a "keyword"
What is a "keyword"?
When you have a website about "caps" for example, you want your website to be the website that shows up when some one goes to Google and types "caps". If you have a website about health and a web page about "cancer" then you want this web page of your website to show up when someone goes to Google and searches for "cancer". This is basically a keyword.
A keyword is the word that you want your website or web page to show up in the search results for. Search Engine Optimization is all about putting the "keywords" in the right paces when designing your site.
So when making your web pages, fists decide, "What is the key word for this web page? For what keyword should this page show up in the search results?"
Once you decide this follow the SEO guidelines:

Put the keyword once in the "title" tag of the page.
Put the keyword once or twice in the "description" tag of the web page. (By the way, you must unique title and description tags for all your pages.)
For all your pages, the heading of the page must be done though the "H1" tag. The keyword must be there in the H1 tag.
The file name of the web page must contain the keyword. For example, the keyword of a page is "lung cancer" then the file name must be "lung-cancer.html"
These are the basics of SEO. You should try and follow these rules. There is mush more to learn and I will tell you about it as we go along. For now, from the design point of view this is enough.
In some cases, it may be so that your visitors may get confused if you use a particular "keyword" in the heading etc. then DO NOT use the keyword just for SEO.
The VISITOR is more important. The VISITOR IS MOST IMPORTANT! DON'T CONFUSE THE VISITOR.
SEO is important, but don't confuse the visitor. The visitor is more important.
(If you don't know HTML, some of the above things might not be understood by you. Once you know HTML, this will make more sense. So go learn HTML)
Okay, once you follow all this, your pages should be ready and your website should be ready to go. So in the next section we will show you how to put your website on the Internet though free as well as paid hosting.

Browser Uploads

If they allow you to "browser upload" your website, they will ask you to select the files that make up the website on your computer and upload them. You select the files using the "Browse.." button and then click "Upload".

FTP Upload

Once you download and install the FTP client, the FTP client will ask you for some information.

But you probably have a very long website address still. Let us try to solve that problem now....
There is a way in which you can reduce the size of your web site address. This is done though a process called URL-redirection. There are a few websites on the Internet who will do this for you free of charge.

They will give you a "almost" professional website address. For example: You website address could be a short www.make-cakes.co.nr or www.goats.co.nr! It will not be some long www.hostingsite.com/goat.html etc..
However, some times this service may not allow you to make any new accounts because they already have too many accounts. The will have a message on the site saying that they are temporarily closed so you should come back another time.
In that case you could go to Google search for "free url redirection"
The only catch that these http://www.freedomain.co.nr/ people have is that they require you to put a small button on your website to use the service. Besides that the service is great.
Using the service is not very difficult also. Just go to the site, sign-up, they will ask you what website address you want, if its available you get it. Then they will ask you where should your new website address point, so you say that it should point to your old website address (the long one at the free-hosting place) That's it! Your done!
Now having done this, you are officially set. You have your website on the Internet, you have a short website address…you are finished. The next step is to make people come to your site and promote your site. We shall come to that in sometime, but first let us look at the process of buying a ".com" and setting up a paid hosting account.
The first step to setting up a ".com" is to buy a ".com" name for yourself. Sometimes, this can be a very big problem. For common topics, it is very hard to find the "domain name" you are looking for.

It is generally a good idea to buy the domain name from the same company, you want to host your website at. So if you buy the domain name from Net4India then host your website also at Net4India.
I have selected Net4India mainly because it has an office in Pune (where I am located) and I can go sit on their heads if these is any problem! Besides that, Net4India is pretty cheap also and it's servers are located in Noida, Delhi .
This is good from the SEO point of view. If your website on servers located in India , the search engines think that the website is Indian and your website shows up in the "pages from India " results. Net4India does have a few minor problems from time to time though. In any case, you too might want to go for Net4India.)
Buying the domain name:
To buy the domain name you just have to go to the hosting site (Rediff, Net4India, Indiatimes etc.) check availability for the domain name and book it. As soon any you pay the money the domain name is yours. It's not very hard to do.
However, it would be good to do this swiftly. Decide your domain name offline and then just go online and book it. If you check the availability of a domain name two or three times, before booking it, there is a possibility that it will be gone. There are people out there who make money from buying domain names people are interested in and selling it at a much higher price. So basically do the whole domain name buying process quickly.
Buying hosting space:
If would be a good idea to buy hosting place from the same people you bought the domain name from. Here also there are many people offer this service. This is called "reciprocal linking" or "link exchange". Generally, people have a "Favorite Links" or "Useful Links" or just "Links" page on their website. They use this page for reciprocal linking. They give other people links in this page and in return they get links in other website's "Links" page.
Unfortunately, links from the "Links" page will get you very little traffic. If you want to get decent traffic from a link, you need to get a link from a page that gets a lot of traffic.

They use this basic thinking to run their search engines. So if you have a number of links pointing to your site, you will be considered as a good site by the search engines. You will show up in their search results. However, don't get links for search engines, get links for getting traffic.

ராமநாதபுரம், அக். 6: ராமநாதபுரம் தமிழ்ச் சங்கம் சார்பில் மருதூர் வள்ளலார், காமராஜர், கி.வா.ஜ. விருது பெற்ற பேராசிரியர் அப்துல்சலாமுக்கு பாராட்டு விழா ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை நடைபெற்றது.
இவ்விழாவுக்கு தமிழ்ச் சங்கச் செயலர் பொ. சந்திரசேகரன் தலைமை வகித்தார். சங்க துணைத் தலைவர் வைகிங் எம்.எஸ். கருணாநிதி முன்னிலை வகித்தார். பொருளாளர் சுந்தரமூர்த்தி வரவேற்றார்.
விழாவில் வள்ளலாரைப் பற்றி கவிஞர் மகுடதீபனும், காமராஜரைப் பற்றி கவிஞர் பழ. முருகேசனும் கவிதை வாசித்தனர்.
சங்கத்தின் மற்றொரு துணைத் தலைவர் கு. விவேகானந்தன் விழாவை அறிமுகம் செய்து வைத்து பேசினார்.
பின்னர் சென்னை கம்பன் கழகத்தினரால் ராமநாதபுரம் தமிழ்ச் சங்கத் தலைவரான பேராசிரியர் மை. அப்துல்சலாமுக்கு கி.வா.ஜ. விருது வழங்கப்பட்டமைக்கு அனைவரும் பாராட்டினர்.
மக்களவை உறுப்பினர் எம்.எஸ்.கே. பவானி ராஜேந்திரன், கே. ஹசன்அலி எம்.எல்.ஏ., முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் அ. அன்வர்ராஜா, மாவட்ட ஊராட்சிக் குழுத் தலைவர் ரவிச்சந்திர ராமவன்னி, வர்த்தக சங்கத் தலைவர் தனபாலன் ஆகியோர் தமிழ்ச் சங்கத் தலைவரையும், அதன் செயல்பாடுகளையும் பாராட்டினர்.
பேராசிரியர் மை. அப்துல்சலாம் ஏற்புரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.
விழாவில் பல்வேறு வரலாற்று நூல்கள் எழுதிய எழுத்தாளர் அமரர் முஸ்தபா கமாலின் மகள் சர்மிளா தன் தந்தை எழுதிய நூல்களை நாட்டுடைமையாக்க அரசை வலியுறுத்தி பவானி ராஜேந்திரன் எம்.பி., கே. ஹசன்அலி எம்.எல்.ஏ. ஆகியோரிடம் கோரிக்கை மனு அளித்தார்.

இறைவனின் மாபெரும் அருளால் கடந்த 2007-08 ஆம் ஆண்டு சர்வதேச அளவிலான இஸ்லாமியக் கட்டுரைப்போட்டி ஒன்றைச் சத்தியமார்க்கம்.காம் நல்லமுறையில் நடத்தியது. அதனைப் போன்றதொரு கட்டுரைப் போட்டியினை தமிழ் மொழியில் இன்ஷா அல்லாஹ் இவ்வருடமும் சத்தியமார்க்கம்.காம் நடத்தத் தீர்மானித்துள்ளது. இப்போட்டியில் இஸ்லாமிய அடிப்படையிலான, சத்தியமார்க்கம்.காம் தளத்தின் நோக்கங்களான ஒற்றுமை, சகோதரத்துவம், சமுதாயப் பிரச்சினைகளுக்கான சரியான தீர்வு ஆகியவற்றோடு, எடுத்தாளப்படும் கட்டுரைத் தலைப்பில் சிறப்பான ஆய்வுடன் கூடிய சமுதாயத்தின் எதிர்கால நன்மைக்கான சரியானத் தீர்வைத் தரும் கட்டுரைகளுக்கு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்படும். கடந்த வருடத்தைப் போன்று இவ்வருடமும் தங்களின் அரிய சிந்தனைகளைச் சிறப்பான ஆய்வுகளுடனும் அதற்குரிய சரியான தீர்வுகளுடனும் சமர்ப்பிக்க முன்வருமாறு தமிழ் சமுதாய வாசக உள்ளங்களை அன்புடன் அழைக்கிறோம்.

கட்டுரைப் போட்டிக்கான விதிகள் :

1. போட்டியாளர் மேற்கூறப்பட்ட தலைப்புகளில் அதிகபட்சமாக மூன்று தலைப்பில் கட்டுரைகளைச் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.
2. கொடுக்கப்பட்ட தலைப்பைத் தழுவி மட்டுமே கட்டுரை இருத்தல் வேண்டும்; சம்பந்தப்பட்டத் தலைப்புக்கான தீர்வு இஸ்லாமிய அடிப்படையில் அலசப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
3. போட்டியாளர் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் கட்டுரைகள் தானே சொந்தமாய் எழுதியதாகவும் முன் எந்தத் தாளிகளிலோ இணையத் தளத்திலோ வெளியிடப்படாததாகவும் இருக்கவேண்டும்.
4. குர்ஆன், ஹதீஸ் ஆதாரங்களைக் குறிப்பிடும் பொழுதுத் தெளிவாக எண்களுடன் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
5. கட்டுரை கண்ணியமிக்கதாக இருக்க வேண்டும். எந்த நாட்டினதும் சமயம், அரசியல் கட்சி, இயக்கங்கள் ஆகியவற்றையோ தனிமனிதரையோ இழித்துரைப்பதாகவோ தாக்குவதாகவோ இல்லாமல், தெளிவான ஆதாரங்களுடனும் அழகிய வாதங்களுடன் ஓர் அழகிய இஸ்லாமியப் படைப்பு என்ற தகுதியை நாடுவதாகவும் நயத்துடனும் எழுதப்படவேண்டும்.
6. போட்டிக்குச் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் அனைத்து ஆக்கங்களும் கட்டுரைப்போட்டி குழுவினர்களால் தணிக்கை செய்யப்பட்டு தளத்தில் பதிக்கப்படும்.
7. கட்டுரைப் போட்டியில் பங்குபெறுபவருக்கு வயதிற்கான வரம்பு ஏதுமில்லை.
8. பரிசுக்காகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் செய்தி அறிவிக்கப்படும்.
9. தமிழ் அறிந்த சர்வதேச அளவிலான அனைத்துலக வாசகர்களுக்கும் இப்போட்டியில் கலந்து கொள்ளலாம்.
10. சத்தியமார்க்கம்.காம் தளத்தின் நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் அவர்கள் குடும்பத்தினர், குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் போட்டிகளில் பங்குபெற முடியாது.
11. போட்டியாளர் கண்டிப்பாகத் தனது தொடர்பு எண்ணைத் தவறாமல் கட்டுரையின் இறுதியில் தெரிவித்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
12. நடுவர் குழுவின் முடிவே இறுதியானது.

கட்டுரை எழுதுபவர் கவனத்திற்கு :

1. கட்டுரைகள் தட்டச்சியோ அல்லது கையெழுத்துப் பிரதியாகவோ எவ்வடிவில் வேண்டுமானாலும் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.
2. கட்டுரை தட்டச்சப்பட்டு அனுப்பப்படுகிறது எனில், கட்டுரையின் எழுத்துரு எண் 10 அளவை தேர்ந்தெடுத்துத் தட்டச்சு செய்யப்பட்டு, A4 தாள் அளவில் மூன்று பக்கங்களுக்குக் குறையாமலும், ஐந்து பக்கங்களுக்கு மிகாமலும் இருக்க வேண்டும். கட்டுரை வரைவதற்குத் துணை நின்ற நூல்கள், துணை ஆக்கங்களுக்கான குறிப்புக்களைக் கட்டுரையின் இறுதியில் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும். இணைய தளத்திலிருந்து எடுக்கப் பட்டிருந்தால் தள முகவரியைக் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும். சுட்டப்படும் ஆதாரங்கள் இணையத்தில் இல்லாத பட்சத்தில், குறிப்பிட்ட ஆதாரத்தை ஸ்கேன் செய்து இணைக்கலாம். போட்டிக்குச் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் கட்டுரையின் துவக்கப் பக்கத்தில் கட்டுரைக்கான தலைப்பைக் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
3. குர்ஆன், ஹதீஸ்களை பக்கபலமாக சேர்க்க விரும்புபவர்கள், மிகவும் அவசியப்பட்ட இடங்களில் மட்டுமே சேர்க்கவேண்டும். அதிக அளவில் இறைவசனங்களைச் சேர்ப்பதைத் தவிர்க்கவும். இறைவசனங்கள், ஹதீஸ் சம்பவங்களைச் சுருக்கமாகக் குறிப்பிட்டு, சொல்லவரும் கருத்துக்கு அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுப்பது சிறப்பு.
4. கட்டுரையாளரின் பெயர் மற்றும் தொடர்பு தொலைபேசி எண்ணிட்டு முழு முகவரியுடன் 15.11.2008 அன்று இந்திய நேரம் இரவு 12 மணிக்குள் அனுப்பிவிட வேண்டும். குறிப்பிட்ட நாளுக்குப் பிறகு வந்து சேரும் ஆக்கங்கள் போட்டிக்குப் பரிசீலிக்கப்படாது.
5. கட்டுரைகளை contest@satyamargam.comThis email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it எனும் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி மூலமாக மட்டுமே அனுப்பி வைக்கவேண்டும். கட்டுரையாளரின் ஆக்கத்தை நிர்வாகம் பெற்றவுடன் அதை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் செய்தி கட்டுரையாளருக்கு மின்மடல் மூலம் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும்.
7. வெற்றி பெற்றவர்களின் பெயர்கள் சத்தியமார்க்கம்.காம் தளத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும். வெற்றியாளர்கள் விரும்பினால் அவர்களைப் பற்றிய ஓர் அறிமுகத்தையும் சத்தியமார்க்கம்.காம் வெளியிடும். பெயர்களை வெளியிட விரும்பாதவர்கள் இருப்பின் அவர்கள் வெளியிட விரும்பும் புனைப்பெயர்களின் விபரங்களைக் கட்டுரையின் முடிவில் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.

இறைவனின் மாபெரும் அருளால் கடந்த 2007-08 ஆம் ஆண்டு சர்வதேச அளவிலான இஸ்லாமியக் கட்டுரைப்போட்டி ஒன்றைச் சத்தியமார்க்கம்.காம் நல்லமுறையில் நடத்தியது. அதனைப் போன்றதொரு கட்டுரைப் போட்டியினை தமிழ் மொழியில் இன்ஷா அல்லாஹ் இவ்வருடமும் சத்தியமார்க்கம்.காம் நடத்தத் தீர்மானித்துள்ளது. இப்போட்டியில் இஸ்லாமிய அடிப்படையிலான, சத்தியமார்க்கம்.காம் தளத்தின் நோக்கங்களான ஒற்றுமை, சகோதரத்துவம், சமுதாயப் பிரச்சினைகளுக்கான சரியான தீர்வு ஆகியவற்றோடு, எடுத்தாளப்படும் கட்டுரைத் தலைப்பில் சிறப்பான ஆய்வுடன் கூடிய சமுதாயத்தின் எதிர்கால நன்மைக்கான சரியானத் தீர்வைத் தரும் கட்டுரைகளுக்கு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்படும். கடந்த வருடத்தைப் போன்று இவ்வருடமும் தங்களின் அரிய சிந்தனைகளைச் சிறப்பான ஆய்வுகளுடனும் அதற்குரிய சரியான தீர்வுகளுடனும் சமர்ப்பிக்க முன்வருமாறு தமிழ் சமுதாய வாசக உள்ளங்களை அன்புடன் அழைக்கிறோம்.

கட்டுரைப் போட்டிக்கான விதிகள் :

1. போட்டியாளர் மேற்கூறப்பட்ட தலைப்புகளில் அதிகபட்சமாக மூன்று தலைப்பில் கட்டுரைகளைச் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.
2. கொடுக்கப்பட்ட தலைப்பைத் தழுவி மட்டுமே கட்டுரை இருத்தல் வேண்டும்; சம்பந்தப்பட்டத் தலைப்புக்கான தீர்வு இஸ்லாமிய அடிப்படையில் அலசப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
3. போட்டியாளர் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் கட்டுரைகள் தானே சொந்தமாய் எழுதியதாகவும் முன் எந்தத் தாளிகளிலோ இணையத் தளத்திலோ வெளியிடப்படாததாகவும் இருக்கவேண்டும்.
4. குர்ஆன், ஹதீஸ் ஆதாரங்களைக் குறிப்பிடும் பொழுதுத் தெளிவாக எண்களுடன் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
5. கட்டுரை கண்ணியமிக்கதாக இருக்க வேண்டும். எந்த நாட்டினதும் சமயம், அரசியல் கட்சி, இயக்கங்கள் ஆகியவற்றையோ தனிமனிதரையோ இழித்துரைப்பதாகவோ தாக்குவதாகவோ இல்லாமல், தெளிவான ஆதாரங்களுடனும் அழகிய வாதங்களுடன் ஓர் அழகிய இஸ்லாமியப் படைப்பு என்ற தகுதியை நாடுவதாகவும் நயத்துடனும் எழுதப்படவேண்டும்.
6. போட்டிக்குச் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் அனைத்து ஆக்கங்களும் கட்டுரைப்போட்டி குழுவினர்களால் தணிக்கை செய்யப்பட்டு தளத்தில் பதிக்கப்படும்.
7. கட்டுரைப் போட்டியில் பங்குபெறுபவருக்கு வயதிற்கான வரம்பு ஏதுமில்லை.
8. பரிசுக்காகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் செய்தி அறிவிக்கப்படும்.
9. தமிழ் அறிந்த சர்வதேச அளவிலான அனைத்துலக வாசகர்களுக்கும் இப்போட்டியில் கலந்து கொள்ளலாம்.
10. சத்தியமார்க்கம்.காம் தளத்தின் நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் அவர்கள் குடும்பத்தினர், குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் போட்டிகளில் பங்குபெற முடியாது.
11. போட்டியாளர் கண்டிப்பாகத் தனது தொடர்பு எண்ணைத் தவறாமல் கட்டுரையின் இறுதியில் தெரிவித்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
12. நடுவர் குழுவின் முடிவே இறுதியானது.

கட்டுரை எழுதுபவர் கவனத்திற்கு :
------------------------------
1. கட்டுரைகள் தட்டச்சியோ அல்லது கையெழுத்துப் பிரதியாகவோ எவ்வடிவில் வேண்டுமானாலும் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.
2. கட்டுரை தட்டச்சப்பட்டு அனுப்பப்படுகிறது எனில், கட்டுரையின் எழுத்துரு எண் 10 அளவை தேர்ந்தெடுத்துத் தட்டச்சு செய்யப்பட்டு, A4 தாள் அளவில் மூன்று பக்கங்களுக்குக் குறையாமலும், ஐந்து பக்கங்களுக்கு மிகாமலும் இருக்க வேண்டும். கட்டுரை வரைவதற்குத் துணை நின்ற நூல்கள், துணை ஆக்கங்களுக்கான குறிப்புக்களைக் கட்டுரையின் இறுதியில் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும். இணைய தளத்திலிருந்து எடுக்கப் பட்டிருந்தால் தள முகவரியைக் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும். சுட்டப்படும் ஆதாரங்கள் இணையத்தில் இல்லாத பட்சத்தில், குறிப்பிட்ட ஆதாரத்தை ஸ்கேன் செய்து இணைக்கலாம். போட்டிக்குச் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் கட்டுரையின் துவக்கப் பக்கத்தில் கட்டுரைக்கான தலைப்பைக் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
3. குர்ஆன், ஹதீஸ்களை பக்கபலமாக சேர்க்க விரும்புபவர்கள், மிகவும் அவசியப்பட்ட இடங்களில் மட்டுமே சேர்க்கவேண்டும். அதிக அளவில் இறைவசனங்களைச் சேர்ப்பதைத் தவிர்க்கவும். இறைவசனங்கள், ஹதீஸ் சம்பவங்களைச் சுருக்கமாகக் குறிப்பிட்டு, சொல்லவரும் கருத்துக்கு அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுப்பது சிறப்பு.
4. கட்டுரையாளரின் பெயர் மற்றும் தொடர்பு தொலைபேசி எண்ணிட்டு முழு முகவரியுடன் 15.11.2008 அன்று இந்திய நேரம் இரவு 12 மணிக்குள் அனுப்பிவிட வேண்டும். குறிப்பிட்ட நாளுக்குப் பிறகு வந்து சேரும் ஆக்கங்கள் போட்டிக்குப் பரிசீலிக்கப்படாது.

பசி வந்தால் பத்தும் பறக்கும் என்பார்கள். பறக்கப் பறக்க உண்டாலும் பக்குவமாக உண்ண வேண்டும். இதோ அண்ணலார் அவர்களின் அழகிய சில வழிகாட்டுதல்கள்:
உமய்யா (ரழி) அறிவிக்கின்றார்கள்:
‘நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் உட்கார்ந்திருந்தார்கள். ஒருவர் சாப்பிட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தார். அவர் ‘பிஸ்மில்லாஹ்’ கூறவே இல்லை. அவரின் உணவில் ஒரு கவளம் மட்டுமே இருந்த சமயம், தன் வாய் அருகே அதை உயர்த்திய போது, ”பிஸ்மில்லாஹி அவ்வலஹு வஆகிரஹு”என்று கூறினார். உடனே நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் சிரித்தார்கள். பின்பு, ”இவருடன் ஷைத்தான் சாப்பிட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தான். இவர் ”பிஸ்மில்லாஹ்” ‘கூறியதும் தன் வயிற்றில் உள்ளதை வாந்தி எடுத்து விட்டான்” என்று நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள். ” (அபூதாவூது, நஸயீ)
அபூஉமாமா(ரலி) அறிவிக்கின்றார்கள்:
”நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் (தான் சாப்பிட்டு முடித்து) தன் தட்டை உயர்த்துவார்களானால், ”அல்ஹம்துலில்லாஹி ஹம்தன் கதீரன் தய்யிபன் முபாரகன் ஃபீஹா ஙைர மக்ஃபிய்யி வலா முவத்தஇன், வலாமுஸ்தஹ்னன் அன்ஹுரப்புனா ” என்று கூறுவார்கள்... (புகாரி)
துஆவின் பொருள்:
அபிவிருத்தி மிக்க – தூய்மையான அதிகமான புகழ் அனைத்தும் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கே! அப்புகழ், போதுமாக்கப்படமாட்டாது. அதை விட்டும் தேவையற்றதாகப்பட மாட்டாது.. நீயே எங்களின் இறைவன்.(ரியாளுஸ்ஸாலிஹீன்: 734)
அபூஹுரைரா (ரலி) அறிவிக்கின்றார்கள்:
‘நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் ஒருபோதும் உணவைக் குறை கூற மாட்டார்கள். அவர்கள் விரும்பினால் அந்த உணவைச் சாப்பிடுவார்கள். அந்த உணவை வெறுத்தால் சாப்பிடாமல் விட்டு விடுவார்கள்.” (புகாரி, முஸ்லிம்)
அம்ரு இப்னு அபீ ஸலமா (ரலி) அறிவிக்கின்றார்கள்:
"நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களின் வீட்டில் நான் சிறுவனாக இருந்தேன். (உணவுத்) தட்டில் இங்கும் அங்கும் என என் கை அலைந்து கொண்டிருந்தது. அப்போது என்னிடம் நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள், "சிறுவரே! பிஸ்மில்லாஹ் கூறு! உனது வலது கையால் சாப்பிடு! உனக்கு அருகில் உள்ளவற்றில் சாப்பிடு என்று கூறினார்கள்.” (புகாரி, முஸ்லிம்)
Whatever of good befalleth thee (O man) it is from Allah, and whatever of ill befalleth thee it is from thyself. (4:79)

Have you locked your keys in the car? Does you car have remote keys?
This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone:
If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call
someone at home on their cell phone from your cell phone.
Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person
at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on
their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your
keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away,

How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone?
To check your Mobile phone's serial number, key in the following digits on your phone:
* # 0 6 #
A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your
handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. when your phone get
stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They
will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the
SIM card, your phone will be totally useless.
You probably won't get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can't use/sell it either.
If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones

Have you locked your keys in the car? Does you car have remote keys?
This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone:
If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call
someone at home on their cell phone from your cell phone.
Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person
at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on
their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your
keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away,
and if you can reach someone who has the other "remote" for your car, you
can unlock the doors (or the trunk).
