ரியாத்தில் இந்திய தூதரக சந்திப்பு நிகழ்ச்சி

Dear Friend,

The Federation of Kerala Associations in Saudi Arabia (FOKASA) is hosting the Open House organized by the Embassy of India in Riyadh at Batha Classic Auditorium on 11th July (Friday) from 3.00 to 5.00 PM. This Open House is intended to clear all your doubts concerning Passports and other Consular matters and to avoid exploitation by middlemen. The officers of the Consular Division of the Embassy of India will attend the Open House to answer your queries and receive your complaints and petitions.

Please prepare your petitions in your language along with the supporting documents and hand over them to the FOKASA representative who approaches you. You may also bring the petition at the venue and can hand over directly to the Embassy officials. You can ask your questions in your mother tongue so that FOKASA shall translate and present them before the Embassy officials.

The Indian nationals residing in and around Riyadh are requested to utilize fully this benevolent gesture shown the Indian Embassy.

Dear Mr.Muraleedhan

That is an excellent initiative by FOKASA to bring the Indian Embassy Officials to public to face the public face to face. This will help many Indians without proper documents who are are scared to go through the Security to reach the Embassy to present their grievences.

Thanks for thinking of involving India Forum also in this good cause. Our President will come back to you after discussing with others.
