இதில் இளையான்குடி யாஸ்மின் முபல்லிஹா ( திண்டுக்கல்லைச் சேர்ந்தவர் ) உரை நிகழ்த்த உள்ளார். இவர் இளையான்குடி டாக்டர் ஜாஹிர் உசேன் கல்லூரி வணிகத்துறை பேராசிரியர் அஷ்ரஃப் அவர்களின் துணைவியார் இவர். இளையான்குடி டாக்டர் ஜாஹிர் உசேன் கல்லூரி, கீழக்கரை தாசிம் பீவி அப்துல் காதர் மகளிர் கல்லூரி உள்ளிட்டவற்றில் நீதிபோதனை வகுப்புகளை பெண்களுக்காக நடத்தி வருபவர்.

Introduction
Instead of having multiple identity cards like driving licenses, work permits, employee cards, passports, e-cards, the UAE Federal Government created a single national identity card in April 2006, with in-built smart features including biometrics and advanced ID features that will eventually eliminate the need to carry multiple cards. At a later date, it can be used as a travel document within the GCC.
Emirates Identity Authority(EIDA), a federal government organization has already rolled out the first phase of the national identity card, as part of a comprehensive three year plan to provide National ID cards to three categories: UAE nationals, GCC citizens living in UAE and other UAE residents.
Criteria & Validity
You must be either a UAE national, a GCC citizen working or residing in the UAE, or a UAE resident and above 15 years of age. The card is valid for lifetime for nationals (with renewal every five years) and validity for other residents depends on the validity of the visa. However, the same card can be used, once the residence visa is renewed.
Steps
1. Book an online appointment.
2. Before going for your appointment, fill up this online application form from EIDA website and take a printout, using only a laser printer.
3. Visit the nearest EIDA service centre and pay the registration fee, while submitting your form.
4. Allow bio metric and fingerprinting to be done and get your original documents scanned.
5. Congratulations. You can either choose to have your National ID card sent to you by Empost or personally collect after 3 working days.

UAE Residents: Original passport. AED 100 per year of visa validity.
Lost or damaged card: AED 300

Professional expatriates who do not obtain the new identity card by the end of the year may face a suspension in transactions and dealing with governmental and semi-governmental bodies, said a senior official at the Emirates Identity Authority (EIDA).
Darwish Ahmad Al Zarouni, Director General of EIDA, told Gulf News that the authority is under discussion with relevant government bodies to consider suspending some service to professional expatriates. "Services we are looking at suspending will include driving licence renewals and renewal of vehicle registration," said Al Zarouni.
The deadline to register for the card for professional expatriates and all nationals is December 31 2008.
The authority defines professionals as holders of bachelor degrees or higher qualifications. They also include: consultants, medical doctors, engineers, journalists, teachers, IT professionals and accountants. Blue collar workers will be given until the end of 2010 to register for the card.
However, the suspension of services by next January will be applied to all UAE nationals who have not obtained identity card. Bank transactions will also be suspended for Emiratis, according to Al Zarouni.
Earlier on Tuesday, Thamer Rashed Al Qasemi, Planning Director at the authority, said in a press gathering that expatriates will face a suspension in bank transactions and all governmental services if they do not obtain the cards by the end of the year.
"A circular has been sent two months ago from the UAE Central bank to banks informing them not to provide any services for Emiratis and professional expatriates who do not produce the card as identification," said Al Qasemi.
Applicants can fill in the registration form at www.emiratesid.ae and print it out to submit it at any of the 24 registration centres in the country.
Customers without access to the internet can approach typing centres at the registration centres to prepare the application forms.

Development of Humane Action (DHAN) Foundation, a professional development organisation, was initiated on October 2, 1997. It has been incorporated as a Trust under the Indian Trusts Act (1882). The Trust has been promoted with the objective of bringing highly motivated and educated young women and men to the development sector. They would work on bringing out new innovations in rural development and for upscaling development interventions to eradicate poverty in vast areas of the country.
Vision and Mission
The Foundation works towards bringing significant changes in the livelihoods of the poor through innovations in themes and institutions. The broad purposes for which it stands are:
Mothering of Development Innovations: The institution aims to promote and nurture new ideas on different development themes, which have larger potential to address the livelihoods and development of the poor in a region viz., microfinance, small scale irrigation, dry land agriculture, working with panchayats.
Promoting Institutions to reach scale: Exclusive thematic organisations will be promoted to undertake development work with a sub-sectoral focus. The primary role of these institutions is promotional and to ensure that benefits reach a large number of poor with quality.
Human Resource Development: The institution would bring young professionals into the development sector and provide them an opportunity to practice and develop relevant knowledge, attitudes and skills to work long term in the development sector.
Our guiding principles
Engaging high quality human resources to work at the grassroots. The focus of the work would be on enabling rather than delivery of services.
Valuing collaboration with mainstream institutions and government to demonstrate new and effective ways of development interventions, thereby building viable linkages between them and people.
Promoting people’s organisations at various levels to ensure entitlements and to build an effective demand system.
Focusing on promotion of livelihoods to address poverty directly.
Enriching the themes and retaining sub-sectoral focus would be the strategy for growth.
Policy contribution at national and global level
DHAN Foundation through the Tankfed Agriculture Development Programme has facilitated wider consultations among farmers, bureaucrats, scientists and academicians. This has been done through organising policy seminars and workshops, undertaking research and publishing documents and participating in various policy making bodies of State and Central Governments on development of water, small scale irrigation and rural development.
In Tamil Nadu and Karnataka 'Conservation Council for Small Scale Water Resources' has been constituted with eminent personalities to influence the policies on water and small scale irrigation in favour of farmers.
While through the Kalanjiam Community Banking Programme, DHAN Foundation as a member of many policy-making bodies on microfinance and through participating in national and international conferences, strongly advocates refocusing of 'microfinance' to address poverty and empowerment of poor especially women. As a resource centre, it organises many capacity building events and training programmes for bankers, government officials and representatives of NGOs within and outside the country.
DHAN Foundation is a founder member of INAFI (International Network of Alternative Financial Institutions) focuses on micro finance. It is currently coordinating the INAFI India Chapter.

http:// & https://
The main difference between http:// and https:// is, it’s all about keeping you secure
HTTP stands for Hypertext Transport Protocol, which is just a fancy way of saying it's a protocol (a language, in a manner of speaking) for information to be passed back and forth between web servers and clients.
The important thing is the letter S which makes the difference between HTTP and HTTPS.
The S (big surprise) stands for "Secure".
If you visit a website or webpage, and look at the address in the web browser, it will likely begin with the following: http://.
This means that the website is talking to your browser using the regular 'unsecure' language.
In other words, it is possible for someone to "eavesdrop" on your computer's conversation with the website.
If you fill out a form on the website, someone might see the information you send to that site.
This is why you never ever enter your credit card number in an http website!
But if the web address begins with https:// that basically means your computer is talking to the website in a secure code that no one can eavesdrop on.
You understand why this is so important, right?
If a website ever asks you to enter your credit card information, you should automatically look to see if the web address begins with https://.
If it doesn't, there's no way you're going to enter sensitive information like a credit card number!

Three important and beneficial things:
1) Hazrat Muhammad s.a.w.(PBUH) says that "if a person recite " Ayatal
Kursi" after every Farz Namaz then there will be nothing between him and
Heaven except Death"
2) There is a Hadith that says "La Haula Wala Quuata illa billahil
aliyul azeem" is such a great medicine that it cures every disease and
the most minor disease it cures is "Sorrow" (Gham).
3) Another Hadith says "if a person recite surah ikhlaas (QUL huwallahu
ahad... ) 10 times in a day then Allah build a palace for him in the
Heaven.
(Subhaan Allah)"
The last but not the least Allah says " spread the knowledge whatever
u have ........Its duty of each n every muslim" so PLZ FORWARD IT TO AS MANY
PEOPLE
Don't wait for tomorrow. It never comes and if it does, it's today. So do it today & now is the time

துபாயிலிருந்து சுல்தான், மனைவி ஜமீலாவின் கடிதத்திற்கு கண்ணீர் மல்க பதில் எழுதிக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றான்
அன்புள்ள மனைவிக்கு,
நமது தெருவிலேயே நமது வீடுதான் இரண்டு அடுக்கு மாடி வீடு என்று நீ எழுதிய செய்தி கண்டு மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சியடைந்தேன்.
சொந்த வீடே இல்லாமல் ஒரு ஓட்டு வீட்டில் கஷ்டப்பட்டு வாடகைக்கு குடியிருந்த நாம் இப்பொழுது தெருவிலேயே பெரிய வீடாக கட்டியிருக்கிறோம். அவ்வளவு பெரிய வீடு கட்டுவதற்கு நான் இங்கு எவ்வளவு கஷ்டப்பட்டேன் தெரியுமா..? நான் பட்ட கஷ்டம் வீண் போகவில்லை என்பது குறித்து மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சியடைந்தேன்.
நான் இன்னும் ஒரு மாதத்தில் ஊருக்கு வரலாமென இருக்கின்றேன். இது பற்றி உன் முடிவைச் சொல்..
என்று மனைவிக்கு கடிதம் எழுதி அனுப்பிவிடுகின்றான். ஒருவாரம் கழித்து மனைவி ஜமீலாவிடமிருந்து பதில் கடிதம் வருகின்றது
அன்புள்ள கணவனுக்கு
தங்களுடைய கடிதம் கண்டு மகிழ்ச்சி. நீங்கள் கூறியது போல நமக்கு சொந்தமாக வீடு வருவதற்கு அயல்தேச மண்ணில் நீங்கள் பட்ட கஷ்டங்களை நானும் அறிவேன்.
அதற்கு ஈடு இணையே இல்லை. எல்லாவற்றையும் நீங்கள் இழந்து நமக்கொரு வீடு உருவாவதற்கு பாடுபட்டுள்ளீர்கள்.
நீங்கள் இன்னும் ஒரு மாதத்தில் வருவதாக எழுதியிருந்தீர்கள். எனக்கு மகிழ்ச்சிதான். ஆனால் இவ்வளவு கஷ்டப்பட்டு விட்டோம் . நமக்கென்று ஒரே ஒரு கார் எனது அக்கா மாப்பிள்ளை வாங்கியது போல வாங்க வேண்டும் என்று விருப்பம். ஆகவே அதற்கு மட்டும் எப்படியாவது வழிசெய்தீர்கள் என்றால் நாம் அவர்களைப்போல ஆடம்பரமாக இருக்கலாம்.
மனைவியின் கடிதத்தைக் கண்டு "அய்யோ மனைவியின் இந்த விருப்பத்தை நாம் கண்டிப்பாக நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டுமே . இவ்வளவு கஷ்டப்பட்டு விட்டோம். அவள் விருப்பப் படி காருக்காகவும் கொஞ்சம் உழைப்போம்" என்று நினைத்து இன்னும் ஒரு வருடம் கழித்துச் செல்லலாமென முடிவெடுக்கின்றான்.
பின்னர் பல மாதம் கழித்து மனைவியின் விருப்பப்படி மனைவியின் அக்கா மாப்பிள்ளை வாங்கியதை விடவும் அழகான விலை உயர்ந்த கார் ஒன்றை வாங்கி விடுகிறான். பின் பதில் கடிதம் எழுதுகின்றான்
அன்புள்ள மனைவிக்கு,
நீ கூறியபடி நமக்கென்று ஒரு கார் வாங்கியது உனக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியூட்டக்கூடும் என்று நினைக்கின்றேன். நீ கூறியபடி நாம் ஆடம்பரமாக வாழலாம் . கவலைப்படாதே.
நான் இன்னும் சில மாதங்களில் ஊருக்கு வருகின்றேன். உனக்கு என்ன என்ன தேவை என்பதை எனக்கு தெரியப்படுத்து.
உடனே மனைவியும் ஏற்கனவே பட்டியலிட்டு வைத்திருந்த தேவைகளை கணவனுக்கு பதிலாக எழுதிவிட்டு கணவனின் வருகைக்காக காத்திருக்கின்றான்.
கணவன் வரும் நாள் அன்று மிக மகிழ்ச்சியாக புது வீட்டில் - புதிய காருடன் காத்திருக்கின்றாள். அப்பொழுது ஒரு தொலைபேசி அழைப்பு ஒன்று வருகின்றது.
ஏர்போர்ட்டிலிருந்து வரும் வழியில் சுல்தான் விபத்துக்குள்ளாகி மரணமடைந்து விட்டான் என்றும் பிணத்தை வாங்கிச் செல்லுமாறும் அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றனர்
அப்படியே இடிந்து போய் உட்காருகின்றாள் ஜமீலா. பின்பு நிலைமை உணர்ந்த உறவினர்கள் அந்தப் புதிய காரை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு சுல்தானின் பிணத்தை எடுக்க தயாராகும்பொழுது உறவினர்களுள் ஒருவர் ,
அட! புதுக்கார்ல பிணத்தை எடுக்கக் கூடாதுப்பா..ஏதாவது பழைய வண்டியை வாடகைக்கு பிடிச்சிட்டு போங்க எனக்கூற பின்பு பழைய வண்டி ஒன்றை வாடகைக்கு பிடித்துச் சென்றனர்.
புதிய வீட்டில் முதன் முதலில் பிணத்தைக் கொண்டு வரக்கூடாது என்றும் சில அறிவுஜீவி உறவினர்கள் கூற அவர்கள் வாழ்ந்த பழைய வீடொன்றில் சுல்தானின் பிணம் கொண்டு வரப்பட்டு மனைவி உறவினர்கள் கதறலுக்குப்பிறகு சுல்தானின் பிணம் அடக்கப்பட்டுவிட்டது
மனைவி ஜமீலா அந்தப் புதியகாரையும் - வீட்டையும் வெறித்துப் பார்த்தபடி நிற்கின்றாள்.
எங்கிருந்தோ அப்பொழுது திருக்குர்ஆனின் வாசகங்கள் காதில் வந்து விழுகின்றது
மண்ணறை செல்லும் வரையிலும் செல்வத்தை தேடிக்கொண்டே இருப்பீர்கள் என்று.

படிப்பு இலவசமாக தரப்படுகிறது
நிறைய நேரங்களில் சாதாரண உரையாடல்கள் கூட வாழ்க்கையைப் புரட்டிப்போடப்போகும் நிகழ்வுகளுக்கு அடித்தளமாக அமைந்துவிடலாம். இந்த வருட ஆரம்பத்தில் வாழ்க்கையில் ஒரு மாற்றம் உடனடியாகத் தேவை என எண்ணிக்கொண்டே ஒரு முறை பதிவர் 'மாற்று' ரவிசங்கருடன் உரையாடிக்கொண்டிருந்த பொழுது, எதேச்சையாக மேற்படிப்பு பற்றி பேச்சு ஆரம்பித்தது.

ஸ்கேண்டிநேவியா நாடுகள் என்பது டென்மார்க்,சுவீடன்,நார்வே,பின்லேந்து மற்றும் ஐஸ்லேந்து. டென்மார்க்கில் ஐரோப்பிய ஒன்றியம் அல்லாத நாடுகளில் இருந்து வருபவர்களுக்கு கட்டணம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுவிட்டதாலும், பின்லாந்து பல்கலைக் கழகங்கள் 75% மதிப்பெண் எதிர்பார்த்ததாலும் , நார்வே, ஐஸ்லேந்து குளிர் பிரதேசங்களாக இருப்பதாலும் எஞ்சிய சுவீடன் பற்றி தேட ஆரம்பித்தேன்.
தேடலில் மிக மிக மிக அத்தியாவசியமான மகிழ்ச்சி அளிக்கக்கூடிய ஒரு தகவல் தரப்பட்டிருந்தது.
இந்தியாவில் தொழில்நுட்பம்,பொறியியல் மற்றும் அறிவியல் படிப்புபடித்திருப்பவர்களுக்கு ஆங்கில மொழித் தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் சமர்ப்பிப்பதில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படுகிறது என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.
நீண்ட காலமாக எனது மேற்படிப்புக்கான முயற்சிகளில் ஈடுபடாமல் இருந்ததற்கு இந்த மொழித்தேர்வும் ஒரு காரணம். ஆகையால், மக்களே சுவீடனில் மேற்படிப்பு படிக்க IELTS/TOEFL போன்ற ஆங்கில மொழித்தேர்வுகள் எழுதத்தேவை இல்லை. இது பி.எஸ்.சி படித்திருப்பவர்களுக்கும் பொருந்தும்.

சுவீடன் பல்கலைகழகங்களில் வருடத்தில் ஜனவரியிலும் செப்டம்பரிலும் என இரண்டு முறை சேர்க்கை முறை இருக்கும். அடுத்த 2009 செப்டம்பர் சேர்க்கைக்கு 2009 பிப்ரவரி இரண்டாவது வாரம் கடைசியாக இருக்கும்.
செப்டம்பரில் வருபவர்களுக்கு மே மாத இறுதியில் சேர்க்கை நிலவரம் அறிவிக்கப்படும். அனுமதி கிடைத்தவுடன் விசா விற்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். விசா விண்ணப்பித்து இரண்டு மாதங்கள் கிடைத்து விசா கிடைத்தவுடன் சுவீடனுக்கு பறக்க ஆரம்பிக்கலாம்.
ஆகையால் அடுத்த செப்டம்பரில் இங்கு வர நினைப்பவர்கள் இப்பொழுதே பல்கலைக்கழகங்களைத் தங்களது விருப்பப்பாடங்களுக்கு ஏற்ற படி விபரங்களைத் தேட ஆரம்பியுங்கள்.
படிக்கும் காலங்களில் சிக்கனமாக இருந்தால் , இரண்டு வருட மேற்படிப்பை 3 லட்சரூபாய்க்கும் குறைவாகவே முடித்துவிடலாம். இருந்த போதிலும் விசா பெறுவதற்கு கிட்டத்தட்ட 10 லட்ச ரூபாய் நம் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் காட்டவேண்டும். பெரும்பலான மக்கள் குறுகிய கால கடனாக நண்பர்கள்/உறவினர்களிடம் வாங்கி விசா பெறும் வரை கணக்கில் வைத்துவிட்டு பிறகு திருப்பிக் கொடுத்துவிடுவார்கள்.
பகுதி நேர வேலை என்பது சுவீடனைப் பொருத்த மட்டிலும் கொஞ்சம் கடினமே என்றாலும் சிறிய அளவிலான வேலைகள் கிடைக்கின்றன. வேலை அதிக அளவில் கிடைக்காமல் இருப்பதற்குக் காரணம் சுவீடீஷ் மொழி . சுவிடீஷ் மொழியை ஆறு மாதத்தில் கற்றுக்கொள்பவர்களுக்கு இங்கு எளிதாக வேலைக் கிடைக்கும்.

இந்தப்பதிவின் அதிமுக்கிய நோக்கம், 2010 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து சுவீடனும் ஐரோப்பிய ஒன்றியம் அல்லாத நாடுகளில் இருந்து வருபவர்களுக்கு கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்போவதாக ஒரு பேச்சு அடிபடுகிறது. இன்னும் அரசாங்க ஆணை ஏதும் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக வரவில்லை எனினும் மிகவிரைவில் செயற்படுத்தப்படலாம் என்ற ஒரு பேச்சு இருக்கிறது.
இருந்த போதிலும் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக ஒரு மகிழ்ச்சிகரமான செய்தியை சுவீடன் அரசாங்கம் அறிவித்துள்ளது. அது என்னவென்றால் மேற்படிப்பு படிக்க வருபவர்கள் 30 ECTS அதாவது நான்கு பாடங்கள் முடித்துவிட்டால் 48 மாதங்களுக்கு வேலைக்கான விசாவும்/தற்காலிக தங்கும் குடியுரிமையும் (Residence permit) உடனடியாக வழங்கப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த விதி இந்த வருடம் டிசம்பர் 15 லிருந்து செயற்படுத்தப்படும் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஆகையால் மேற்கத்திய நாடுகளில் மேற்படிப்பு படிக்க வேண்டும் என நினைத்து, ஆங்கிலப்புலமை குறைவு என்பதினாலோ அல்லது அதிகக் கட்டணம் கட்டவேண்டும் என்றோ இது நாள் வரை தவிர்த்து வந்தவர்களுக்கு சுவீடனில் படிக்கும் வாய்ப்பு ஒரு அரிய வரப்பிரசாதம்.

சுவீடன் பல்கலைகழகங்களில் வருடத்தில் ஜனவரியிலும் செப்டம்பரிலும் என இரண்டு முறை சேர்க்கை முறை இருக்கும். அடுத்த 2009 செப்டம்பர் சேர்க்கைக்கு 2009 பிப்ரவரி இரண்டாவது வாரம் கடைசியாக இருக்கும்.
செப்டம்பரில் வருபவர்களுக்கு மே மாத இறுதியில் சேர்க்கை நிலவரம் அறிவிக்கப்படும். அனுமதி கிடைத்தவுடன் விசா விற்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். விசா விண்ணப்பித்து இரண்டு மாதங்கள் கிடைத்து விசா கிடைத்தவுடன் சுவீடனுக்கு பறக்க ஆரம்பிக்கலாம்.
ஆகையால் அடுத்த செப்டம்பரில் இங்கு வர நினைப்பவர்கள் இப்பொழுதே பல்கலைக்கழகங்களைத் தங்களது விருப்பப்பாடங்களுக்கு ஏற்ற படி விபரங்களைத் தேட ஆரம்பியுங்கள்.
படிக்கும் காலங்களில் சிக்கனமாக இருந்தால் , இரண்டு வருட மேற்படிப்பை 3 லட்சரூபாய்க்கும் குறைவாகவே முடித்துவிடலாம். இருந்த போதிலும் விசா பெறுவதற்கு கிட்டத்தட்ட 10 லட்ச ரூபாய் நம் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் காட்டவேண்டும். பெரும்பலான மக்கள் குறுகிய கால கடனாக நண்பர்கள்/உறவினர்களிடம் வாங்கி விசா பெறும் வரை கணக்கில் வைத்துவிட்டு பிறகு திருப்பிக் கொடுத்துவிடுவார்கள்.
பகுதி நேர வேலை என்பது சுவீடனைப் பொருத்த மட்டிலும் கொஞ்சம் கடினமே என்றாலும் சிறிய அளவிலான வேலைகள் கிடைக்கின்றன. வேலை அதிக அளவில் கிடைக்காமல் இருப்பதற்குக் காரணம் சுவீடீஷ் மொழி . சுவிடீஷ் மொழியை ஆறு மாதத்தில் கற்றுக்கொள்பவர்களுக்கு இங்கு எளிதாக வேலைக் கிடைக்கும்.
கல்விக்கட்டணம் இல்லை என்பதால், ஸ்காலர்ஷிப் கள் அதிக அளவில் கிடையாது. இருந்தபோதிலும் இந்த சுட்டியில் நீங்கள் சில ஸ்காலர்ஷிப் முறைகளைப்பார்க்கலாம்.

மேற்படிப்பு படிக்க அனைத்து நாட்டுடமையாக்கப்பட்ட வங்கிகளும் கடன் தருகின்றனர். 7.5 லட்சம் வரை பெற்றோர் மற்றும் Guarantor உறுதிமொழியுடன் தருகிறார்கள். 4 லட்சம் வரை பெற பெற்றோர் கையொப்பம் மட்டும் போதுமானது. 7.5 லட்சத்துக்கும் அதிகம் பெற சொத்து பத்திரங்களைச் சமர்ப்பிக்கவேண்டும். சுவீடனைப்பொறுத்தமட்டில் 4 அல்லது 7.5 லட்சம் வகையில் கல்விக்கடன் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
இந்தப்பதிவின் அதிமுக்கிய நோக்கம், 2010 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து சுவீடனும் ஐரோப்பிய ஒன்றியம் அல்லாத நாடுகளில் இருந்து வருபவர்களுக்கு கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்போவதாக ஒரு பேச்சு அடிபடுகிறது. இன்னும் அரசாங்க ஆணை ஏதும் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக வரவில்லை எனினும் மிகவிரைவில் செயற்படுத்தப்படலாம் என்ற ஒரு பேச்சு இருக்கிறது.
இருந்த போதிலும் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக ஒரு மகிழ்ச்சிகரமான செய்தியை சுவீடன் அரசாங்கம் அறிவித்துள்ளது. அது என்னவென்றால் மேற்படிப்பு படிக்க வருபவர்கள் 30 ECTS அதாவது நான்கு பாடங்கள் முடித்துவிட்டால் 48 மாதங்களுக்கு வேலைக்கான விசாவும்/தற்காலிக தங்கும் குடியுரிமையும் (Residence permit) உடனடியாக வழங்கப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த விதி இந்த வருடம் டிசம்பர் 15 லிருந்து செயற்படுத்தப்படும் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஆகையால் மேற்கத்திய நாடுகளில் மேற்படிப்பு படிக்க வேண்டும் என நினைத்து, ஆங்கிலப்புலமை குறைவு என்பதினாலோ அல்லது அதிகக் கட்டணம் கட்டவேண்டும் என்றோ இது நாள் வரை தவிர்த்து வந்தவர்களுக்கு சுவீடனில் படிக்கும் வாய்ப்பு ஒரு அரிய வரப்பிரசாதம்.
முக்கியமான விசயம், சுவீடனைப்பொருத்தமட்டில் எல்லாம் ஸ்டூடரா இணையத்தளம் வாயிலாக மட்டும் விண்ணப்பங்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படுகின்றன. இதைத்தவிர எனது கல்லூரி BTH போன்றவை நேரடியாகவும் அவர்களின் கல்லூரித்தளங்களில் விண்ணப்பங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்கின்றனர்.
